Need a new mouse, any recommendations?

I spilled water on my MS Intellimouse Optical mouse and now it doesn't work so now I am in the market for a new mouse. Is there anything better out? I plan on getting another Intellimouse if not as I really liked it. The two extra buttons are great for web browsing and the ability for the wheel to act as button is great too, assigning it enter makes copying and pasting quick and easy.

get a cordless mouse, im not sure if your old mouse was but cordless mouses look sexy.😉

call MSFT and tell them it broke, i didn't spill water on my Explorer mouse but it stopped working. THey sent me a new one. I dunno if water is covered but you mite as well call and try it

I recommend just getting another Optical, because you know you like it, why take a chance on something that you might not like?

The new logitech wireless optical mouse looked pretty interesting. Very smooth action with wireless freedom.

I liked my Intellimouse Explorer...very nice nice shape and just a little larger than usual, which worked great since I have big hands.

Get an Intellimouse Pro off eb*y. While no longer in production, this is perhaps the best ball-mouse every made (and design precursor of the Explorer). Built like a brick-house with heavy rubber side grips. Gave my old Int-Pro to the gfried for her office puter about a year ago, and I finally broke down and bought another -- 'cause they so damn cool.
