Need a new motherboard.

I need a new motherboard (AMD socket 754). I have memory, AGP card (ATI radeon), and everything else. New egg doesn't have much of a selection and most are micro ATX. Any recommendations?

If you are budget limited, consider the FS/FT forums. You may get a great deal on a 754 board there.....

I only want to spend $50-60 and i'd rather not buy a new video card. Does it matter if i have Nvidia chipset and ATI video card? will there be any compatibility type issues?

No and no.

Mucker's suggestion about the FS/FT forums is a good one. Socket 754 is getting pretty old at this point so a used board might be a good option.
