Need a New Motherboard, Socket 478, Suggestions?

I currently own an ASUS P4P800-SE. It has been a wonderful motherboard but the USB ports have stopped working and the PCI slots are beginning to go out.

I need a new motherboard, my processor is a P4 3.0 HT EE, I have 2 gigs of DDR 400 RAM (4 512 sticks, so i need 4 dimm slots). I also have an AGP video card and a standard ATX case.

I want something that has gigabit LAN built in already, as my P4P800-SE did, but I suppose it isn't absolutely necessary, I can buy a card.

I wanted to just get another P4P800-SE, but they are hard to find, and subsequently, expensive...

Any suggestions? I want to stay sub $175 bucks, because if it gets any more than that, I am just going to start saving for a new computer.

Computer Geeks has an Intel 865pe board with 4 dimm slots for $79 shipped that may be your best bet. Don't know if it has a gigabit lan. Boards with 4 ddr slots are scarce. You may want to consider an upgrade. Fry's had a 930 socket 775 with board for $79 last week, but it had only 2 ddr slots. That's pretty much the norm now. Otherwise, you may want to check ebay. I've never won a bid. Many people end up overbidding, which I refuse to do.
