Need a new motherboard for my E7200

I just ordered an E7200 ($2 above tray price seemed pretty nice), and I'll be upgrading my rig this summer. I'm still stuck on a S939 3200+ with an nForce4 Ultra board. I started falling behind the latest hardware ever since the P965 chipset became introduced, so I need a good overclocking mobo that'll do at least 400mhz (9.5 * 400 = 3.8ghz, which is what I'm aiming for). I've been looking at the P35 boards, but I can't make a decision. I have 3 80GB hard drives now, so I'd like to have onboard RAID until I can upgrade my hard drive. Firewire isn't much of an issue since I have an Audigy 2 with Firewire. I'd like to spend <$100 if I can. If not, the GA-EP35-DS3R looks pretty nice (supports 1600mhz FSB), but $135 is a little pricey.

Hmm, my only concern with that board would be the lack of PCI slots (only 2). It seems to overclock well though, based on reviews, so I should be able to hit 400+ FSB easily on it right?
