Need a new motherboard for my 700e slot-1 ...recommendations?

Right now i have 2 motherboards i've been using with my 700E slot-1... the first, based on via apollo 133, i have soyo syvba-133... it let's me OC is successfully and stably to around 1005 mhz but refuses to recognize my third sdram stick limiting my memory to 384mb (instead of 512 since it doesn't recognize my last 128mb stick). Also,the via apollo chipset has horrible memory bandwidth ...way lower than the BX chipset... I get higher FPS on unreal tournament with a 868mhz bx chipset thanwith via at 1005... the second motherboard i have is an old BX chipset abit bx6 rev2... I love the bx chipset but with this particula board, i can only get it to run stable up to 868 mhz (124fsb)... i can increase the voltage but no cigar... I was thinking about upgrading to an Abit SH6 but it limits my sdram speed to 133 and even then you can only use 2 dimm slots if you want to operate at pc133 mem speed... and more slots and it'll go to pc100... another option is the Asus p3v4x...it's newer and faster that the apollo 133, being apollo 133a chipset... has a good rep and i think it can support my system very well.... any comments? Basically i'm looking for a good slot 1 motherobard that'll let me run my cpu at higher than 133fsb while having good performance (unlike apollo 133)... any comments will be greatly appreciated

I would recommend the P3B-F. I think it is the crown jewel of slot1 BX motherboards.

The ASUS P3V4X is a good choice,great overclocker & very stable.

Yes, i think i'm heavily leaning towards buying a p3v4x... at around $100, it 's starting to look real good
