Need a new motherboard for AM2

I am thinking about building a new rig with an AM2 x2 3800 Windsor. I have a limited budget of say 150 bucks to buy the cpu and motherboard. The cpu I am looking at is 75 bucks. I want to overclock with it so I am looking for the cheapest stable overclocking board possible. I have heard that the TF520-A2 is pretty good and I think it is less than 60 bucks. I don't need firewire or RAID. I will only be running one SATA hard drive and one PATA DVD burner.

You guys are the pro's. What do you recommend?
