I just got my K9N Neo from Newegg. Nothing but problems. I'm taking it back.

Anyways I need a mobo for my AMD x2 System, that runs in vista flawlessly, is not finicky about RAM, and just plain works. Price is not an issue, but needs to be reasonable (I think they are all under 200 anyway).

Any suggestions?

The first one, at $199 would be rock solid:

I have the socket 939 version of it: no problems. Ever.

I would guess you have looked through the reviews on most of these: I prefer Asus after Tyan....

I use Kingston Memory, motherboards seem to have very few problems with it, and it seems to show up on a lot of QVL, qualified vendors lists....
