I need a new ISP but I've had Comcast since I moved to this area and I lost all my bookmarks for sites that deal with isp reviews and contact information.
Also, has anybody else in the Troy, MI area been having horrible luck with their service? My HSI is down atleast 2-3 hours during the day at random intervals. I have been dealing with the problem with May and Comcast techs (all but 1) have stopped listening to me.
Please help, I need a new broadband ISP provider and possibly a TV service provider as well.
EDIT : Another issue hampering my search via DSL route is that my home telephone number does not work for the online service check sites.
