Need a new I/O front panel for Coolermaster Elite 330 chassis

By "I/O front panel" I mean a 3.5" bay that allows easy access to headphone/mic ports and two USB ports.

Coolermaster's shop is wanting to charge 4.5 + 4.5 EUR total for shipping. I've tried ebay, but no luck there, but perhaps I'm not searching for the right thing?
