Need a New Heatsink/Fan to OC Intel 3.4C

Hey
I have a socket 478 Intel 3.4C. Currently, it idles at about 53C (low 50's), while being OCed to 3.7. I really want to keep this CPU cool to extend its life and open the door for harder overclocking. I need a new heatsink that is fairly inexpensive, but can knock off maybe 10C. If you don't know much about this socket type, maybe you guys could name some brands which tend to be better than others. thanks!

A Zalman 7000 AlCu is probably your best bet if you're trying to keep the heatsink price under about $35 (Newegg is about $37 shipped, I'm sure others are cheaper). I used one on a 3.2C and got it up to 3.6GHz which seemed to be the limit of the CPU.

just also had a 7000b-cu led on my 2.4 prescott @ stock speed............... yet... 🙂 plan to oc it around 3ghz that's why i chose these zalmans... it really did lower my temps from 48c idle to 42c idle... i've heard it's going to go even lower when AS5 has already settled thru...
