Need a new fan for my Sapphire X1950 XT 256MB

The fan I have can only keep my card at about 85 under load, and it sounds like a jet engine doing it. I am looking for a new one that is much quieter, but I don't want to spend more than ~30$.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

All the people I know that have purchased the x1950xt and wanted a better cooler has bought the Zalman VF900. The Newegg link is below, it has 495 reviews and is rated 5 stars. This is your best choice.

Some of the reviews from people that have a x1950xt and bought the Zalman VF900.

Pros: Very quiet, and speed adjustable. Way way better than the hair dryer that was on my x1950xt.

Cons: None

Pros: sleek and more sexy than the stock cooler, a x1950xt under full load never goes beyond 60c.

Cons: installation was troublesome, as all zalman vga products, I gues.

Other Thoughts: there are two things to keep in mind, use enough artic silver 5 (is there something else? and make sure you get enough air flow inside the case, specially for mini desktop case users (like me).
