Heyhey, hope someone can help me out fairly quick. I want to setup a new email account, a good one too, not something like yahoo. As you know, a lot of things won't let you sign up/access things with a yahoo/hotmail/etc. address, i need something better, something I can get access with everywhere. I already have a Gmail one, used to have a Cox one but it stopped working and I'm not able to log in to it anymore :frown:

I like Gmail but i'd rather have my new mail account be something besides gmail, incase there is something wrong with Gmail someday, I dunno. Plus i don't want to have to beg for a gmail invite :p

You get the idea, thanks in advance.

I could easily send you a gmail invite...aside from that, nothing will ever happen to GMail, at least, in comparison to any other email account.

You sure mail.com won't be on the "DENY" list for many places on the net? Like i said a lot of places online seem to block popular free e-mail addresses.

I can get you an email account at my domain, but I'm not sure how long I'll have my host (as long as I have money to pay for it). It doesn't expire for around 10 more months. o_O

I have had it refused when buying and downloading software. Same with gmail.

gmail works pretty well and i doubt you'll have any problem getting an invite. i'll give you 20 if you want. there's plenty of free email services. just do a google search.

how about one through your IP?

Most mail servers will not accept mail from/to dynamic IP addresses.

I think he means ISP.... what IS wrong with using your ISPs email that the give you? Or are you leeching your neighbors wifi ;)
