I am guessing the sony is better but for the money is the hanns G good? I am going to connect consoles to it via dvi and vga. Thanks for any help.

They used to be everywhere but it seems as if they are slowly discontinuing them, probably because of the lack of digital tuner.

Cheapest one I saw was ~800 at costco, but it was a discontinuing discount.
