Need a new computer

Hi. I need some help picking the components for a new office machine. What I want is the following:

~80 gb HDD
Intel dual core
Cheap video card (no gaming on this pc)
dvd/cd writer
1 gb RAM

What should I get to satisfy the above?
 
Intel Core 2 Duo E4300
ECS 945GZ Motherboard
1GB DDR2 667 Kingston Value RAM
Lite-On/LG/BenQ/Samsung/NEC DVD+/-RW

The cost per GB for 80GB is too high because nobody really sells much of that size anymore. Either find good deals on small drive on eBay, or step up to 160GB drives for around $60. Western Digital or Seagate will serve you well.
