Right now I have duel Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT. One crapped out and no longer work so my second is starting to feel it. My computer is about 4 years old and needing an upgrade. The only PC games I play are WoW, SWtOR, and now Diablo 3. What would be a good upgrade that would be good for what I am doing?
 
Well, if your 9800GT SLI was working out for you, since you can get another one for $40-50 used that's gonna be your cheapest option.
Other than that, a 6870 at $150 after rebate is one of the better bangs-for-the-buck.

Axon has two 1GB GTX 460's for sale. One for $90, two for $170.

A single GTX 460 should be around the equivalent of 9800GT SLI. And if you do like SLI'ing, you're going to have a hard time finding anyting that'll beat GTX 460 SLI at $170.

If you don't know the performance of a GTX 460, here it is against a card that sells new for $110, $90 after rebate:
