Hey all! I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S2081 which only has a battery life of ~1.25 hours. I went to Newegg and found this which states in the description that it should be compatible with my notebook model. Turns out that it's not compatible 🙁. Has the exact same shape and clip-ins, but the connector is positioned backwards where it plugs in the back. Anyways, newegg is the only place I've been for anything related to computers, and this is my first laptop, so I'm not quite sure where exactly to go to get a battery that will be 100% guaranteed compatible with my model. I've googled a bit and found a few websites that have a battery listed as compatible with that model, but the prices are high compared with newegg, and it states nowhere about how long the battery live will be. I'm looking for 3+ hours of life and don't want to pay over $150 at most, and don't want to have a battery sent out that isn't going to work with my laptop. Any help?
