Can I ask you how you can tell your battery is almost dead, and if you currently have any problems booting up your board because of this? The reason I am asking is because my bp6 is acting very weird, and I though it could be the battery.

Check this out!

Unfortunately, I was never a big fan of Abit boards, and from experience, yes they do die for no reason (Abit is pretty well known for their high percentage of RMA'd boards). They never stop working completely, but there's always small problems with them in general (not with my bp6; in this case there's a major problem somewhere...).

Thanks for the reply, and bump for you so you can find the battery ;)

Just open up your case and Take the Number off the Panasonic Battery. They have a universal number on them from what i understand.
