need a network backup program that backs up to dvd

ive been trying to use nero backitup to backup 4 networked computers (really only interested in the documents and settings folders for those computers), but after about 20 tries, im getting nowhere. it keeps failing for one reason or another (protected files that it cant access usually)

im thinking maybe i need to make a script or some such that moves the files over to the computer with the dvd drive first, and then just have the backitup back up that one directory that is local.

but im wondering if you guys can recommend any programs that are good for network backups to dvd
 
not sure about to DVD, but ntbackup would work. Map a drive to the remote computer on each workstation, and schedule the backup. Then schedule the burn from that folder in Nero?
