I wonder if there are trademark troll-bots that roam the internet looking for threads like this trademarking the good stuff.

Nobody has their mobile devices "refurbished". They have them fixed. I take it that means you buy old phones, clean them up and resell them? Nobody is really looking for that unless they want to get a couple bucks for an old phone ... It sounds more like an eBay seller.

In fact, it may be wise to keep the two sides of the business separate. Like the shyster garage down the street that does foreign car repair and sells used cars. Personally, I'd never take my card to be repaired by someone who may want to sell me a used car.
