I think pets should have Native American style names. She looks like her name could be Sarah Bird Killer.

You planning ong putting any lost signs up in the area, and maybe put an ad in the paper? It's obviously somebody's cat if it's declawed. Probably escaped the house one day..Im sure the owner(s) are anxiously waiting for its return.

cats don't need names, they don't give a shit

From one Brandon to another.

My cats both know their names. And they give a shit. Every time I say them they come run to me and follow me... They know they are about to get food/treats/cuddles. They care about that stuff lots.

My cat's previous owner named her "Baby". I'll be damned if I'm going to call her "Baby", but it seemed wrong to rename a 3 year old cat, so I just call her "Cat" in the generic sense.

She appears to not give a shit what I call her. The only sounds that really even move the needle on her attention scale are food tins opening and sounds other cats make.

For the OP: I always thought "Jesus H Kitty Cat" was a suitably irreverent name.

You take her to a vet yet and get it scanned for a chip? Declawed, its clearly someone's escaped pet. Hopefully they chipped the cat and you'll be able to find the owners.

was going to say this

they might come looking for him and legally reclaim him

so you might as well anyways

and it is also the right thing to do for you and any possible owners and the cat

The 3rd pic in the craigslist looks similar. Even though the OP said it was female, it might be a neutered male. (Balls might be hard to find/in the fur!).... Not to mention on the run for 10 days it might be dirty, etc.

If I was the OP. I'd contact the person on Craigslist and have them come out to see.
