Need a music organizer software, suggestions?

Ok I have a ton of music, I have 3 drives that have music and the folders are kind of scattered. Some of them or duplicate files so I'm trying to find a software that will auto organize my music files through all my drives and if it will also help me delete the duplicates that would be awesome. I'm trying to eventually move all my music into one drive and one folder but being able to organize and locate it is difficult. Anyone know a good software that does this? Thank you so much in advance.
 
Tag&Rename, mp3tag and some other tools will help you organize based on certain parameters. Such as create tags based on folder layout and filenames, or create folder layout based on tags or filenames, etc...

Once you have a consistent layout (say within a top "music" folder) on each drive, merging all the folders to a new drive is trivial (personally, I'd use robocopy).

I don't know about removing duplicates though, never tried.
