Need a Multifunction Panel

I'm looking for a multifunction panel. There are only 2 things I really need on it. 2 or 3 fan controlers, and a SD card reader. Thanks.
 
There is one that is sold under many names: Sunbeam, Akasa, Logisys, etc. It's not bad at under $30. Comes in 3.5 and 5.25 versions - the 5.25 versions have more features. The Logisys branded one seems to usually be cheaper. svc.com carries them but check Froogle et al. for best bottom line. Xoxide has the Logisys with the door (5" unit) at a good price and the Sunbeams w/o door at good prices.
