Need a Mp3 Dj mixer software that will let me save to mp3

My dad is getting into dj'ing and needs a dj mixer package taht will save to Mp3's and not wave. Ive searched for f#^&in hours and hours but he still demands that there has to be some dj software out there that saves to mp3's. We currently use Mj Studio, and alhtough its 99% what we need, it doesnt save to mp3's.

Reminder: it has to be easy to use, not cost a huge amount, and save to .mp3

anything come to mind????
