Need a motherboard recommendation

I'm putting together a new system for a friend, and need a suggestion for a motherboard to use.

Its going to be an AthlonXP system, so I'm looking at something with the nForce 2 chipset (as I've been happy with my Epox 8RDA+).

However, I'd also like one with onboard video, as well as onboard ethernet & modem. I've been having difficulty finding one with an onboard modem though (the 8rga+ lacks that).

I'd like something at a good price, it doesn't need any other extras on it, just the video, ethernet, and modem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Forget the modem bro, wouldn't even think about that one anymore, just get yourself a good nforce 2 chipset like the 8rga+ and get an external usb modem for $15

why bother with a USB modem. Get the POS PCI $10 with a $10 mir modem from a sale.

Also look at teh Shuttle nForce2 board. It is $95 at newegg.com and has the MCP-T southbridge.
