Need a motherboard for AMD64 3200+

Looking for a motherboard for my AMD63 3200 (winchester core)

I had a ton of problems with Foxconn 755fxk8aa...

looking for a board that'd work.... (frustrated at the foxconn)

Not looking to overclock much (if at all).

Integrated peripherals are a plus, and if its below $110 it'll be even better. Any suggestions? Maybe Nforce4 chipset is good too.... not too sure about the difference between nforce4 and VIA right now though.

What kind of problems did you have with the Foxconn board, what other components are you using?

$90 MSI with one of those new ATI chipsets. If by some chance you're not gaming on this, it has onboard X300 video, but still has one PCIe x16 slot for future graphics upgradability.

If you need AGP, this Epox is the same price. NF3 chipset, no onboard video.

DFIDude: DFIs are indeed nice boards, but I doubt you'll find one of their 939 offerings for less than $110.

I had some problem with the memory slots on the foxconn, was crashing my system left and right so i just refunded it.
