Need a mobo recommendation

Hi. I use and heavily rely on my m-audio delta 1010lt sound card. It worked like a charm in my old computer, which was running windows 7 64 bit, so I know it can work consistently with it, since I had been using it with that for years without a single pop, click, blue screen, or issue. But, that computer got old, and I needed to upgrade. My current mobo seems to be fighting the card. Pops, clicks, crackles, blue screens....it's god awful. I can't keep going on line this. I'm ready to start throwing things through windows, it's that bad. I'm still using windows 7 64 bit.

From doing some google research, apparently this is a common problem which relates to IRQ conflicts. The only solutions have been to uninstall and reinstall it to try and move it to another IRQ, or move it to another PCI slot to try and move it to another IRQ. Both of these options have failed, and I've not been able to find any bios options to force an IRQ, and windows 7 will not allow me to manually set IRQs.

I'm at wits end here.

Could anyone recommend a mobo that would allow me to force an IRQ on this card, and also ensure nothing else touches that IRQ?

I like gigabyte, so if there's something they make that could do this, that would be great.
