Need a mobo rec. to house an E6300 I got on clearance.

I'd go for the asus. And you can overclock your e6300 with a simple "pin mod" using copper tape or solution from a rear window defroster repair kit. The copper tape is about $3 at Fry's electronics. The 1333 pin mod is posted in yahoo. Just be sure the asus supports 1333 fsb cpu speed, or it's a waste of time.
