Need a mobo for a Q8400

I am getting a Q8400 soon so I need to order a mobo.I am only gaming at 1280x720 so I dont need sli.I dont need raid either.
All I need is 1 sata port at the least,I need to have lan for my roadrunner internet.I need to be able to run 4 gig of ddr2 800 mhz ram.

I dont want to spend more then $100 max.I do want to overclock this cpu some.Hopefully to 3.6ghz but I dont know what mobos will work good for this.Please help me out guys.
