need a mobo for a i7 4790k

im looking for a motherboard for a Intel Core i7-4790K
in the $200 range.
i am currently set on the asus maximus hero VII
i might do some overclocking :| .
what would be the best mobo i could get for $200

I have an Asus Z97 Pro that I'm very happy with. If you don't need the Wi-Fi add-in, you can get it for $188 on Newegg. I've overclocked the 4790K to 4.7, but usually I run it at 4.4 using stock Turbo Boost and XMP settings.
