Need a mini 4 pin extender

Just finished putting together my rig this weekend and I have a problem. Both my floppy drive and my sound card require a mini 4 pin power connection (not molex). The good news is my PSU has two of these coming off of one of the power cables. The bad news is, if I plug in my floppy drive (which includes a compact flash reader I?ll probably be using a lot) the other connector can?t reach my sound card.

Any idea where I can get an extender with a mini 4 pin male on one end, and a mini 4 pin female on the other that at least 4 - 5 inches long? There are tons with 3 pins, but I can?t find any for 4 pins.

Have already checked Belkin, A2ZCables, Link Depot and Athena.

Any other recommendations would be greatly appreacited.

Thanks.

Im not sure of mini to mini, but I have seen Molex to mini. That should work just as well.
Here is one.. pretty sure I saw one at comp usa too.

If this was DFI Street, they'd tell you to dump your POS power supply and get a new one with long cables 😉

Oh, to answer your question, I was looking for a 4 pin extender too for my Audigy 2 a while ago and didn't find anything. I just got a molex to 4 pin and it's just fine.

Gee, and I would have thought an Antec NeoPower would have been considered an okay PSU! 😉

And it is the Audigy that's causing me this trouble. I figured someone must have gone through this before me!

Thanks for your help.
