need a micro atx motherboard

my main question is.. does anyone know about the overclockability of these two boards..
or does anyone have a better suggestion for me?

What kind of CPU U want to use in it?

Now, if I were U, I would take the one with the ATI chipset (the second one from your links).

But it all depends. They are both Socket 478. U may want to get a different socket MB, but it all depends on the type of CPU U want to use.

thanks for the help i need s478 cuz i have one already and im not keen on spending more $$ then i have too no reason to upgrade perfectly good 3.0e presscott... specially when im running 3.46 with stock cooler and novoltage adjustments... <-- bragging
