Need a Micro ATX case recommendation

Thinking of building a Micro ATX PC to surf the web, etc. while my main rig does its video encoding and I need a good case recommendation that wont be expensive. Would prefer a Desktop design like the Mac Mini rather than a tower design. Thanks.

Just get a SFF system like a Shuttle XPC (or other brand). Small and really easy to assemble, plus sexxxy.

try an itx mobo (p4) and get a pci 5700and 1gig of ocz ram and you'll have a gaming computer the size of a mack mini. Possibly smaller

I like the Chenming 118 (w/o windows including the software kind 😉 ), The Enermax Venus series which includes the one mentioned by Choson (I think - at least they all look the same inside...) and if you need to really cut back on the $$$s, the Athenatech A100 series.

Athenatech A100 is a great choice. Excellent cooling. Plenty of room. About the size of a stereo receiver. Decent price. But, while never any problems, it does have a light power supply. Upgraded with SilenX PS from Newegg.

The photos don't show the updated version Newegg delivers, but when this is layed down as a desktop, the top panel now has a 6"x4" screen vent that sits in a perfect spot for air flow.
It is sorta like this photo of this different case. Screen vent on top when placed as desktop:

Just sold my Aria. Hated it all the way around. Even the Antec PS took a dump after a short time of light use. Can not think of one good thing about Aria. Wait. It is easy to take off top and side panels.

Plan on getting the Aspire X-Qpack as soon as the blue units come back in stock. Will probably still keep Athenatech for HTPC though.
