I've lost something really important and I need to find it asap. It a small steel ring and I was hoping to rent a metal detector but no luck finding one in the Ann Arbor area. Does anybody have any idea where I might be able to find one? For sale or rent, doesn't matter. I need it for a sweep of a 7' x 7' area with vines and I don't want to pull them out.

Its a random topic, but I couldn't think of any place to post this.

Screw the ads on tv and Harbor Freight sucks for tools let alone Detectors!

I was heavily in on the Metal Detecting scene and have learned alot from my radio shack days
Here's a site that explains alot that has manufacturer names and links and also reviews on all diff. types and price ranges. Metal Detector Reviews.net

I used to use a Tesoro Toltec2 but recently upgraded to a Minelab Quattro.
