Need a media player that plays DivX with multichannel audio. Which one?

I encode my DivX files with two audio tracks (English & French) so I need a player that plays DivX and allows me to select the desired Audio track. I currently use Vidomi player which allows me to select the audio track I want but I don't particularly like the quality of the video playback.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Generally a player is just a front-end to a decoder/filter so the quality should not vary. Check out BSPlayer. I use that in the case where Media Player 6.4 does not do the job since it seems to have a known defect in handling streams correctly even with the Morgan Stream Switcher filter.

Hello Auric,

Thanks for your input but there is a BIG difference between the Vidomi full screen video DivX playback and most other players I have tried. Vidomi player is not as crisp or clear as other players. But it does alow switching audio tracks!

I downloded the sugested player (video is very clear) but it does not permit the selection of different audio in DivX playback. (unless I'm missing something).

Anyone else know of a player that permits this choice.

I looked at it again. Right-click on the video and you can select the Audio Stream. It definitely works. If you cannot get it to work it could be a problem with the source.

Many thanks Auric but for some reason the Audio Stream is greyed out and I have no access to it.

Hmm.........Very strange indeed.
