I'm looking for a good motherboard for a p3 450 that's a good value. I wont' be overclocking or anything, I just need something stable preferably ASUS or Abit, any suggestions? Thanx a lot
 
My advice is to look for a good used board, I bought an Intel SE440BX motherboard last March for about $19US. Picked it up at a local used reseller and its still running great.
 
Since you won't be Overclocking, I personally recommend

SuperMicro P6SBA. The most reliable motherboard I've ever used
