Need a MATX Asus Skt478 Mobo.Which is Recommended?

My Gigabyte MATX board went south. I`ve heard Asus mobos are decent. Can anyone recommend one of their mobos. I need a socket 478. MATX, 800FSB, up to 2.8 or 3.2 CPU, at least 1 GB Ram capable..Serial ATA or IDE......................................Thanks for your time
