Quick and easy: Hit control-option-cmd-8 to reverse the colors on her monitor. Same thing to turn it back. Hardly anyone knows about this, and it's very useful for reading lots of text or conserving battery life, and it's really annoying to people who don't know how to turn it back.
A little more work:
1. Take a screenshot of the desktop (cmd-shift-3), then set it as the desktop picture.
2. Move all of her icons to random spots on the desktop.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the entire screen is filled with fake icons- this works even better the fewer icons she has to begin with.
4. Remove all possible items from the Dock, set its size to minimum, and turn off magnification.
5. Here's where it gets really devious: set the Dock to appear at the top of the screen.
-Open up the Terminal
-Type defaults write com.apple.Dock orientation top
-Restart the Dock process. You can either log out then back log in again, use ProcessViewer (in /Applications -> Utilities), or using "ps" and "kill" if you know how to do such things.
To change it back:
-Open up the Terminal
-Type 'defaults delete com.apple.Dock orientation'
-Restart the Dock process as above.
Or you could just remap her keyboard to Dvorak. That always gets 'em.
But it'd be best to do all of the above. As well as the iSight script thing. Hell yeah.
