I can't get HeroesIII to run.
It seems to load ok, but when I try to play it, it says "Failed to Initialize".

system:
MSI Pro2-A
Duron 800, Taisol HSF
Enlight 7237 w/250w
2) 128mb PC133 (tried it at 100mhz & 133mhz)
Voodoo5 5500
6.4 Ultra ATA Seagate
generic NIC

I am using the onboard sound til I find a card for good price. I am thinking that it must be either the sound or the video.
Anyone have any ideas?

I appreciate all the replies, it will take me a while to sort through them and figure out which one helps me solve the problem.

I should be getting a SB Live value in the next few days, but I'm getting damn impatient.
And my Enermax PS could have been in my hands yesterday if I hadn't have missed Mister UPS.

I disabled it in the BIOS, but I still hear sound, hmmmm.
And the game loaded.

Now I get to put in the new PS tonight.
 
The music is independant from the action sounds and it has been reported to cause problems with some versions of Heroes 3 and w2k.
