Need a little help with win2k & win98 network.

Hi, i've got 2 computers hooked together. One puter is running win2k the other is running win98. The 2 computers have no problems seeing each other. However i can't access the computer with win2k using the machine with win98. It gives me a permission denied message. The other way around is ok though. Is there something i have to disable in win2k? Thanks.
 
enable the Guest account or create a user account on the w2k and then log into the win98 machine with that user/pass.
