need a little help with dual monitor problem

I use 2 monitors and after a few minutes, my 2nd monitor gets a weird effect. It has like a white sideways crown that discolors and cause trails when things move.

i have tried switching ports and cables, and its always the same monitor...

the monitor is a 28" hanns g.

graphics card is msi 8800gt

the main monitor is a 22" chimei (love this monitor)

never had a problem with the hanns g (whichi dont really like anyway) before.
