Need a little help deciding which Motherboard to use

I'm building a 750 Duron budget computer and I need to know if a Shuttle AK12 mboard is good or not? If not, then what would your recommendation be? Also, is 250W sufficient enough power supply?
 
Dont' know about the Shuttle board... However, I'd say to go with the top condenders. If you got some money and want to overclock and know quite a bit... go with the Asus A7V or the Abit KT7. If you want to overclock but on a budget, go with the MSI K7T Turbo or the ExpoX 8KTA3 if you're not too into overclocking. Iwill kk266 if also good but a little on the high price range. Personally, I'd get the K7T Turbo or the Iwill KK226 if I have a little more money.

o yeah... 300W!!!
