Need a little car/electronics help

What would cause my cruise control and windshield spray/wipers to stop working when my car's interior warms up?

They both work fine when I first start my car and drive it for the first few minutes, but as soon as the cab gets warm, the cut out.

1997 Jetta GLX, btw.

In a saturn......
A blown tail light would cause this

Or a failed Body Control Module (BCM)

Dunno but do they both use the same fuse in the fusebox?

No.

All fuses are good too.

I was thinking it may be the relays, but I'm not sure.

Hmm... I'll have to check out the BCM. All lights are working fine though.


Would a BCM also cause irratic window operation?

No, not off the same stalk, but both on the stearing column.
