I'm just looking for a KT266A board from Gigabyte. I have had several boards from Gigabyte in the past and I have been very happy with them

Can someone explain the difference between these two boards to me? Thanks!
If they aren't any good then I could always go for the GA-7DXR (I have used one before) but I am not looking for onboard RAID.
Onboard Sound or LAN is not important as I already have such expansion cards.
