Need a humidifier.

Lately, the dry weather has been wreaking havoc on my sinuses and mucous membranes. Running a hot shower seems to alleviate the symptoms for a couple of hours. I think I should invest in a humidifier. Any recommendations; or, would any el cheapo model from Wal-Mart work?

How big of an area do you want to humidify?

Just my bedroom -- 12' x 12'.

I have a radiator in my room. I just put wet towels on top. That seems to help a bit, but it's annoying to have to keep changing towels.

So I'm also in the market for a humidifier.
