Need a holdover case for Iphone 4...

I have the otterbox case for my Iphone 3GS and I want to get the new Iphone 4 otterbox case, but they arent available yet. Bah! Can anyone suggest a really cheap case that will protect the screen until they come out with their new case? Or maybe just a good holder, like the iphone socks? I don't plan on dropping it but it can happen.

On a side note, anyone have any idea when otterbox will release their new Iphone 4 case?
 
They have some on eBay for like 4 bucks shipped... plastic case that comes with a screen protector film.
