I have a thermalright venomous-x Heatsink, and bought a Noctua ULN 120mm fan without realizing that fan is not enough to support my oc-ing needs. Can someone recommend a heavy duty cooler. I am doing around 50 degress idle at 4.3 Ghz, 1.4V

Have you double checked to be sure the heatsink is seated properly/TIM is applied correctly?

Those idle temps are bad...even for an overclock.

The Scythe "Gentle Typhoon" fans are rated as one of the best you can get for use with radiators...a heat sink should offer a bit less air resistance.http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/acc/051/d1225c12b1ap_detail.html

Well a megahalems or NH-D14 is about the best you can do on air. Put some fast fans on either of them and it wont be whats holding you back with your OC. My NH-D14 handles my 4.2Ghz OC just fine.
