I have a little daughter board which heats upto temps like 486DX50.
There is no nativly support for the Heatsink so I have to improvise.
Here are some pics

I rechecked your photo and scaled an accurate proportional measurement. The Broadcom chip actually measures 18x20mm.

Three Swiftech MC21 Aluminum MOSFET Heatsinks, would fit side-by-side for a nearly perfect fit, and are 2mm taller than the Akust.

Material: black anodized aluminum
Dimensions: 21mm (L) x 6mm (W) x 10mm (H)
Installation: high thermal conductivity peel-off tape

I have JB-Welded heatsinks onto old graphics cards with great success. Just get everything super-clean with isopropyl alcohol first.
If you have access to some old scrap electronics you should be able to find a suitable heatsink for free.
