I need to make a non-CC Paypal payment and I don't want to link my bank account to my Paypal account. Basically, I send you $22 CC-Paypal + your Paypal fees and you send, me $20 non-CC Paypal. I'm looking for a reputable trader with a Premier/Business Paypal account, any takers? I have heatware under raynor_wolfcastle.
