Need a GPU recommendation

I recently decided to start pc gaming again, albeit on a a budget. I bought this system and would like to know what GPU you guys would suggest upgrading it to. Games I'll be playing are Battlefield 3, Black Ops 2, Hitman, etc.. I'd like to get the best card I can without it being overkill for this system. Upgrading the power supply is a possibility if needed. Thanks in advance.
 
Can you check what amps the PSU supplies on the +12v rail. anything above 30A and you can get a HD 7850 which is a very good GPU for 1080p gaming.
