Need a good website stats program

I'm looking for a good website statistics program. It has to track what applications are hit by hour, where the hits are coming from, link tos, click throughs, etc.

The main feature I need is the application usage/hits per hour itemized by application.

I would prefer if this program is free but I am willing to spend some money on it. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the link but it's not quite what I'm looking for. I want software that will show me the traffic for a particular link/application by hour.

http://www.deepmetrix.com/ (not free and not sure if it has what you want... they keep making improvements and I have an old version)
